Pastoral AG Polaris Promotion 2021 Entry Form

To enter a state draw you need to:

1. Purchase any selected Pastoral Ag or Hunter River Company animal health product from an Elders branch between 1st February and 31st May 2021 –
   non Elders account holders only Elders Account Holders are automatically entered in the draw, there is no need to submit an entry form.
2. Enter your contact and residential address details in the following form
3. Upload your invoice as proof of purchase and submit

You’ll receive a draw ticket per $100 spent which will be calculated using an invoice as proof of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.
